New Moon :P

OK so I finally gave in and I went to see New Moon last night and can I just say annoying. It should be put under the genre of comedy. Some things were just so cheesy and I was the only one laughing in the theatre. Everyone else that was there is probably so mesmerized by the story that they didn't find it funny or cheesy at all. Like I said before, Bella is so lustful and attached to Edward that when he leaves she overreacts and she goes just a little bit too far. I don't think losing a high school boyfriend is the end of the world, you don't need to sit and moap in a chair for four months. The reason I even went to the movie is because a bunch of my friends invited me and I decided it would be fun to analyze the psychology in the movie. When Edward leaves Bella she goes through manic depression. The manic phase may last from days to months and can include the following symptoms:
Agitation or irritation
Lack of self-control
Racing thoughts
Reckless behavior
In the movie you see Bella doing all of these things, she seems irritated by things a lot and she kind of has no self control, she just does things to try to get him back into her life, she has racing thoughts in which she is always reminded of what Edward said to her, "It will be like it never existed." She tends to be reckless too, he told her not to be reckless so she does, she jumps off cliffs and rides motorcycles and things like that. Another Psychology thing I noticed in the movie was that she Hallucinated, she would often times hallucinate Edward being there. She basically went crazy when he left. Yeah, it is sad what he did to her, but is it that extreme? To Bella it was, because she was so caught up in her sparkling vampire that when he left it was the end of the world to her. I think its sad, this is why we don't seriously steady date in high school, high school girls are so attached, some guy comes along and pays attention to us and we as girls are easily flattered, who cares if he is nice or if he is a jerk, he's cute and he pays attention to me so why not date him, they think they know what love is, but they don't. The more I analyzed the more I thought, well maybe Edward does know what love is, one of the biggest signs of love is sacrifice, it someone is willing to sacrifice for someone then usually they do love them. Edward thinks that Bella is dead so he makes a trip to Italy where he actually can die and he begs to be killed. Now this is a book and maybe they do know love, I may sound like I am contradicting myself, but I'm not because what I meant is in real life, usually high school students don't know. In real life too, girls are so caught up into Bella and Edward's story that they are searching for that type of relationship and like I said before their perfect Edward who just isn't out there. Oh boy... I guess I have gone on long enough, and once again this post is not meant to offend anyone in anyway, its just me analyzing the movie.

Lol my friends told me I have too much time on my hands, but I just love to break movies down and analyze them even if I do like the movie.
